Bab 47: I Agree

Xue Chuan was born with a silver spoon in his mouth. His father was the vice principal of Jianghai University, placing him high up on the social ladder within Jianghai City. He was showered with praises wherever he went. 

He was handsome, tall, rich, and also the captain of the basketball team. 

Everyone on the basketball team knew the kind of person he was. When Tang Yan first came into the picture, nobody treated her with respect because everyone acted only on Captain Xue Chuan's words. 

It was only after Tang Yan led the basketball team to a win against a CNA team in a friendly match, thereby proving her value, that Xue Chuan started to acknowledge Tang Yan's existence. Everyone followed suit and heeded Tang Yan's instructions since then, but her relationship with Xue Chuan was nothing more than an acknowledgment.
