Bab 453: Chapter 453: Fever, Nightmare

Ling Fei had been sleeping on the sofa the whole time, her face reddish and chubby. She was tightly wrapped in a quilt, with only her small face exposed. She seemed to be fast asleep, showing no signs of waking up even as it approached eight o'clock in the evening.

Feeling helpless, Chu Luo didn't want to wake her up given how soundly she was sleeping. He decided to go out to eat first. He didn't go far, just to the restaurant downstairs.

He only took a little over half an hour. After finishing his meal, he went straight back upstairs.

Worried about Ling Fei waking up hungry, Chu Luo had some snacks packed for her before he left the restaurant. She could nibble on them if she got hungry before deciding to go out for a meal.

Upon opening the door and entering the living room, Chu Luo saw Ling Fei. She had kicked off her quilt in her sleep and it was now lying beneath the sofa.
