She quietly retreated.

Based on past experience, once Song Tian Mo stepped into his study, it would be at least one hour before he came out.

Feeling utterly drained, she returned to her bedroom and skimmed through a script. Before she knew it, she had fallen asleep.

An hour later, Song Tian Mo left his study. Upon entering the bedroom and finding Ling Fei asleep, he stood by her bed for a moment, watching her attractive face. He didn't wake her but turned around and left.

Ling Fei slept profoundly.

She didn't wake up until broad daylight the next day.

There was no one next to her.

However, there was evidence someone had laid on the pillow.

Ling Fei checked her phone and it was already eight in the morning. Could it be... Song Tian Mo had already gone to work?

Ling Fei felt delighted.

She sat up promptly, then bolted to the bathroom to take a refreshing bath, washing her hair too.
