Bab 30: Chapter 30 : Library Heat

Eleanore's POV

'Food for the soul.' The note read that I had placed down onto the table in front of Rhett. The following items were something that had him sighing in delight as he glanced at them; coffee and some donuts.

"You are God sent." Rhett told me as he hugged my middle before reaching out for the coffee and blowing on it. I saw him take a tentative sip before he closed his eyes in bliss and let the warm liquid rush through him.

I could imagine it was a grateful contrast to the cold corner he had been holding himself up in during the past few hours. Rhett had been doing nothing but research and research the entire day for his current assignment and had barely little time left for anything else.

I sat down on the seat next to him and watched as he worked for a bit.
