Well, she was going to have her head bashed in since she had questioned him. Jade wondered how she had slipped this time because even the master did not like his decisions questioned, much less Malfrid, an Alpha.

This time she really accepted her fate because she was never going to be able to fight or escape an Alpha with one of her limbs useless. It would not even by her time for anything. With a quick glance around, Jade knew that the forest was vast in size and definitely would not aid her in escaping.

He stopped in front of the rock and started to take off his coat. That was surprising because he did not even need that.
