Bab 99: Sneaking in

Alina sat in her car at the hospital gate, staring out at the hospital garden through the windshield. She watched as Beatrix walked with a friend through the manicured lawns and flower beds. 

 It has been almost a month now and she still hasn't had an update on Damien's condition.

She was going crazy. The security on the hospital was tight and the fact that the Americans hadn't attacked them yet was making her restless.

They were too quiet for her liking. It was almost as if calm before the storm.

Alina had been trying to gather any information she could about Damien's condition.

 So she had resorted to spying on Beatrix, hoping to catch a glimpse of Damien or overhear any conversations about his health.
