The ruler was a tiger beastman that had joined multiple wars under the banner of the empire, if the lion clan didn't have the three Feng Sisters, they wouldn't be the number one clan in the beastman race of Safehaven Paradise.

There is an unspoken rule in the beastman world, anyone that contains dragon bloodline would no longer be considered as a true member of the beastman race but they would still be accepted as a member of the family.

The Dragon Race of Safehaven Paradise was more prideful than the dragons outside but they respect the ruling races of their world and because of this, the elves, humans, beastmen and many other races gave them some respect also.

Anyone that managed to awaken their dragon bloodline would become dragonman or sub-dragons, the title of the former is given to humanoid beings that have dragon bloodlines while the latter was given to those that were born in a beast body.
