Bab 33: good night story
"Now that the mood has calmed down, I would like to explain to you, on behalf of our Majesties, Leo Eternia and Mia Eternia, the functions of the personal ID you have just received," Fynn began.
He elaborated extensively on the various functions of the ID, from keys to banking features to the credit card.
Additionally, he explained how to operate the ID and asked the attendees to fill out the survey to assign suitable housing to them.
He described the different districts and their focuses, outlining the plan to provide citizens with a starting salary to pay rent and shop food from us, thereby establishing the value of the digital currency until they can trade with it themselves.
During the explanations, I pondered over some things, such as my blood skills, which I had partly neglected. On the other hand, I contemplated the consumption of resources, especially that of the mana stones, which are truly needed in almost every situation!

I nodded approvingly and continued pondering. My hand stroked the smooth armrest of the throne, feeling the comfortable cushions against my back.
The backrest was smooth and ended in a lion's head, with which I played with one of its ears.
Can I perhaps combine the two things I'm thinking about? Maybe I can create an item from gold-blood that can produce mana stones.
I must try that sometime!
Then I turned my attention back to my first citizens, observing as they filled out the survey.
"That's all for today. If you have any further questions, you can visit the respective administration center of your district and ask the friendly staff there," Fynn smiled, gesturing with an open hand towards the four AI robots.
"However, if you choose to join the military, you will encounter your robot daily," Fynn concluded.
Hmm? I let my gaze wander through the majestic hall.
The people seemed tiny compared to the towering pillars, and it almost looked like many more people could fit in here.
Moreover, I thought that the next special personnel would be a military instructor.

I then ordered the robots to gently set down the crystal balls and move towards the exit.
"If you would now please follow your respective robots," Fynn said loudly, as rows of people formed behind each robot.
There was murmuring from row to row, questioning why this or that wasn't being done by the other person.
But when I stood up and raised my voice, it fell silent.
"I wish you a beautiful and peaceful life in my kingdom. And I expect constant progress and wonders! For I am now your god!"
I circulated the mana again and with that, Mia and I left the throne room.

"Do you think that was too much?" I asked my wife, holding her in my arms.
The wind tousled our hair and swept the clouds before us.
The air felt fresh and clear.
We stood at the highest point of our castle, watching as the group divided into four parts.
Like a small group of ants, they followed the robots and approached the bridges.
The largest group was headed towards the agricultural district.
Mia shook her head vigorously. "No, I think it actually instilled more trust in them."
"But didn't it sound a bit arrogant?"
She started giggling and pushed her hair out of her face. Turning to me, she gave me a kiss. In the sunlight, she smiled like a diamond.
"Don't worry, with the royal aura and the crown, you looked like a god! But was that the plan you told me about?"
I smiled and nodded.
"If you say so. But what I'm sure of is that we need more staff," I said, scratching my head. "The four robots are now in their respective districts and cannot resume the role of crystal holders and guides. Additionally, several hundred people are coming into each district."
I sighed.
Mia jumped into my arms, holding onto my neck. I held her by her waist, and she leaned her forehead against mine.
"Every beginning is difficult, everything will fall into place with time," she whispered. "Don't you have a plan for that?"
I nodded and gently sat down. She was right. Less worrying, more action.
In fact, we had a plan. We wanted to hire individual citizens to sell the food for us.
I looked deep into Mia's eyes now. She was now sitting on my lap.

She looked with slight furrowed brows but inhaled and continued.
"So the people didn't know how to defend themselves against these eerie visitors. They turned to the moon, their faithful friend in the sky, and asked him for help.
The moon heard their plea and decided to take action. With its radiant light, it formed a protective barrier around the Earth, preventing the dark beings from coming any closer.
Every night, the moon stood in the sky, keeping the barrier intact to protect the people from the dangers of the universe. Its gentle light shone over the darkness, giving comfort and hope to the people.
Thanks to the moon, people could sleep peacefully and dream of wonderful adventures without worrying about the mysterious beings roaming the world.
And when the moon goes to sleep, you wake up to experience the dreamed adventures yourself!" She finished her story.
She looked up at the sky with sparkling eyes and then at me.
"Well, what do you think?" she asked excitedly, her body shaking a little.
I yawned. "I was almost falling asleep."
She pouted a little; "It is my favorite bedtime story! And I will tell them our Child too!"
I twitched a little and nodded slowly; "I think it will love your story's!"
"Of course!"
I got up and brought us both to bed.
