Bab 51: A Crowd

After studying for a number of days, Alaric could confidently say that he had memorized all 5 books. Although each was longer than the last, his rank-2 soul allowed him to absorb much more information than other, lower-ranked people.

'If I couldn't finish within 5 days, I might as well give up early.' Alaric thought.

Even though his fundamentals were still incomplete, Alaric definitely had a good amount of knowledge on the basics of a formation now. At a glance, he would be able to tell what a formation's purpose was, whether it would work, and even the reason the formation master used it.

Still, one thing left Alaric perplexed. After finishing his studies in the small, dust-ridden library, he realized something important. Penne Ryder's demonic formation did not follow any of the rules he learned in the last few days. Even the language was different.
