The attendant removed Damien's footwear and overcoat, which he replaced with comfortable slippers. Curious, Damien inquired about Suzanne's whereabouts.

"May I ask where Suzanne is?" Damien questioned Giselle, his curiosity piqued.

"Her Highness is currently in the Sapphire Chamber, spending time with her family," Giselle informed him.

"I see. How long has her family been visiting?" Damien probed for more information.

"It has been fifteen minutes since they arrived, Your Highness," Giselle replied.

Damien gracefully stood up from the chaise and made his way to where Suzanne's family was gathered.

As he arrived, Leticia Barnard and her two sons rose from their seats, displaying polite gestures to welcome the prince. Among the gathering, Suzanne's eyes widened with astonishment at the sight of her husband's unexpected presence. She approached him with a mixture of surprise and curiosity.

"Why have you come?" Suzanne's voice held a soft, inquisitive tone.
