Dylan was left wanting more details about Aaron's plan, but before he could get any, Aaron and Diana had already disappeared into the past.

Sighing, Dylan lamented:

- I wish I could know what's going on in his head.

Laila, trying to provide reassurance, took Dylan's hands and said:

- Don't worry, I have a feeling he will fix everything.

Dylan gazed at the diminishing blue flames and conceded:

- Let's hope so. We're running out of time.

He reluctantly let go of Laila's hands and stated:

- I have to go back to Tarou. Stay here with Annie; I'll be back soon.

Laila was visibly pleased and didn't want to release his hands. She tugged him closer and kissed him, causing her face to turn red. She stammered:

- D...don't be late.

Dylan, with a teasing grin, responded:

- We still have some unresolved matters between us. I haven't forgiven you yet.

Laila, looking disappointed, responded:

- I understand..."
