Doing it to them, the act of clasping one's hands together and looking towards the camera or any other focal perspective with a static facial expression, when done with sufficient willpower and state of mind can create the most ultimate defense possible, amplifying one's defensive prowess by an innumerable amount.
A topic that is still up for speculation is the existence of variations of the doing it to them stance.
