Ezekiel had enough of letting her have her way. He took off the mask and followed Melisca. It wasn't that hard for him, for he was faster. He caught up and snatched her by the waist and imprisoned her to a tree. Melisca grunted from being taken aback. This time he was not being gentle. He held her neck but did not choke her.

Upon seeing his full face, his aquiline nose, full lower lip with an upward turn, slightly hollowed cheeks with prominent jawline, the bastard was devilishly handsome. He was too dangerously gorgeous. But he can't just tame her with his face.

"I'm done playing nice, mate." His guttural voice was a threat. He wanted to force himself on her. He wanted her submission to come to him and be protected.
