Bab 71: Lies! Detective Beacons cajoles Red!

" please come on in! " Detective Beacons beckoned to Red, as she poked her head into the room. She took her steps fearfully. Her hands grew wet with sweat. The man was sitted already. Red walked across him, and quietly took her seat, buring her head immediately.

" Redell ! Such a lovely name. " Detective Beacons praised. Red said nothing, she just took her hands, and began to pick her fingers. 

" He's trying to get me wheeled? Ain't going to work on me " Red thought in her head, trying to maintain some hardness.

" So what does Redell mean ? " He asked still in a very light spirit.

" I don't know! I didn't meet my parents. " Red answered coldly, still not looking up at him.
