Bab 354: The Death of You

Nathaniel, soars above after witnessing Chris' plight. He knew Chris must be stopped or else, he might not be able to go back to his human form and completely lose himself forever before eventually dying. 

Determined to help, he swooped down to intervene, but Mordrak anticipated his move. A blast of dark energy struck Nathaniel mid-air, sending him crashing to the ground. He lay there, struggling to rise, his wings damaged and his body battered, he was bleeding all over.

Just as despair began to settle in, a brilliant light illuminated the battlefield. The divine mages had arrived, their presence radiating an aura of hope and power. They quickly assessed the situation and moved to aid Nathaniel.

"Hold still, Nathaniel," one of the mages commanded, their hands glowing with divine energy. They chanted in unison, their magic flowing into Nathaniel, mending his wounds and filling him with holy power.
