Bab 77: Vicious Wolves

Yang Dashan threw the things on the ground and ran straight to Zhao Zhan. He didn't dare to touch him though. To be honest, he was scared to death to even come close. "Why did you go up the mountain? Did you encounter that tiger?"

"I'm fine. this isn't my blood," Zhao Zhan said calmly. 

"It would be too dark at night. I wasn't sure if we could hold the fort, so I went up the mountain in advance to take a look.

"This blood was originally intended to cover up the smell on my body.

"In the end, perhaps because the smell of blood was too strong, it attracted two wolves. I took my wife and hid. The tiger was blind in one eye and couldn't beat the two wolves.

"When the two of us came out of our hiding place, we found that the tiger had been bitten to death. The two wolves might come back though."

To say that the tiger died somewhere they didn't know was the best result.
