Bab 216: Chapter 216 - Poor again

Eric stayed in the investigation room for what seemed like forever. He never uttered a single word, even when the cops threatened him or when they tried the soft cop/hard cop method. He never spoke. Because his story was so unbelievable. No one with normal logic would believe him. Especially the cops. They would think he was some kind of loon.

Sighing, he walked out of the interrogation room. Outside, waiting for him, was this taller, middle-aged man. From Eric's height, he looked like a towering mountain. The mountain-like man introduced himself as Guan tan, a lawyer hired for him.

As he looked up, the man looked down at him simultaneously. His unique eye color caught his attention. The man had grey-green color pupils with a thick set of lashes. Other than that, his facial features were quite normal.

but that was not the most eye-catching feature in his body.
