Bab 294: Chapter 294: I Can’t Lose

Emma panicked. "Spencer, listen to me, please. I only wanted to teach her a lesson, for she's been too arrogant and has insulted me more than once. I didn't mean to hurt you at all..." She was pleading.

You didn't mean to hurt me? Hahaha. Spencer found her ridiculous. She's sick. Her mind is twisted. She only thinks about herself.

"What's done has been done." Spencer snapped. Then very gently, he said to Nathalia, "Babe, shall we go home?" He extended his hand out, looking at Nathalia into her eyes affectionately. Though he seemed calm, if one looked closer, one could see that his hand was shaking.

He was anxious. All he wanted was to be home with his wife, to feel safe with her. Yet, he worried that she would not forgive him, that he had hurt her.

The crowd watched anxiously. How will Mrs. Nathalia Davidson react?
