Bab 134: • Bloodlust Coven

It was time. Time to wake up.

Spheris pulled his eyelids apart and his amber pupils blared into the night. He looked to his left and looked to his right, scanning the night.

Everyone seemed fast asleep.

He turned to Nero who was snoring heavily beside him, they had both fallen asleep on the trunk of the same tree. Spheris took Cerene's flagon from the prince's weak grasp, capped it and placed it gently on the ground.

Then silently, he rose to his feet. As the shadow walker he once was, his movements barely made any sound. Talon was the only one who had woken up and Spheris simply gestured for him to return to sleep.

Then, he stood for a moment, watching everyone sleep. After standing there for over five minutes, Spheris started to feel a little creepy and stalkery. So he let out a silent sigh and turned around.

He walked deeper into the forest, away from where his companions were slumbering until he found a suitable spot under a lone tree.
