Yunnie stood firm although his breath was already ragged, he remained pointing his sword on the ground, keeping his pace against Xie's weapon.

"Fool's Order or not, you just can't kill someone!"

For a heartbeat, the room was frozen in tense silence, save for the sound of Yunnie's labored breathing and the faint crackling hum of the light still lingering in the air from Xie's hammer.

Yunnie's hands trembled slightly, but he didn't lower his blade.

But then, as if the universe had chosen to shatter that moment of fragile calm, the man in black robe protected by Yunnie's back, lunged toward Yunnie from behind with its dagger.
