Bab 70: Be With Me

Scott was gone when Ana woke but she knew he would be. He had told her last night at dinner that he had an appointment at the attorney's office to go over possible plea deals for Coulter. He told her they would discuss them when he returned but they were all still hoping to get Coulter transferred to Cambria. It was an election year and the arrest of one of the most prominent businessmen in New Haven was big news. 

When those arrests were for attempted murder, child sexual assault, and extortion the prosecutors were not wanting to hand the case over to anyone. Scott had let her know that he was also going to see Coulter at the jail. Apparently, he wanted to speak to Scott about the extortion case.
