Paul didn't care, even though Ivy was pregnant, he would still make love to her. Even Ivy never refused once. Only Paul did it slowly so he wouldn't hurt Ivy.

YES! Of course, Paul knew about Ivy's relationship with Mason, as her boyfriend. But he also knew that their relationship had not been as sweet as it had been since Mason married and since Ivy had known Paul himself.
