"I'm a little concerned about Mason, Ivy," Theodoric said as they were about to go to bed because it was getting late.
"So what happened to him?" Ivy asked. He wanted to know the version of the story Mason told Theodoric when he knew Katarina's version. He wanted to compare, whether much different, opposite or the same.
"He confessed to me that he often slept with hired women to have a child."
"Then?" Ivy asked looking far away.
Theodoric then looked at Ivy. His brow furrowed at the response of his wife who didn't seem surprised. "You don't look surprised," he said.
"Tell me about it first, then I'll tell you about Katarina, because she told me too."
At first Theodoric was surprised as he opened his lips, then he started to continue. And not much different from what Katarina said, that it was true what Mason had been doing all this time.
Ivy sighed. Apparently Mason was that open to Theodoric. In fact, they used to fight over him.
