Bab 193: Girl, You Look Fine

Lu Fang was outside the Hospital's Nursery looking through the glass window. He carefully observed how the nurses and midwives were looking after the babies. After eyeing possible candidates, he asked to speak a pediatric resident and together identified the most experienced and caring nurses or midwives. 

He went straight to the hospital administration's office and spoke to the head. Naming one nurse and one midwife, he said, "I want you to release these two and instruct them to work for me moving forward. I will double their salaries and compensate the hospital for their immediate resignation."

The hospital administrator gulped at the man's request. It was bad enough that good medical practitioners were difficult to come by.
