Vla couldn't say anything else. For a moment, she was silent like a statue without flinching at all hearing Kael's words which surprised her so much. She didn't know how to respond to Kael's words. She tried to remain calm and listened to her fiancé's explanation to avoid further misunderstandings.

"Go on, Kael," said Vla, a little frustrated and her voice was already starting to shake.

"She said that when I was drunk I did that despicable thing to her. I swear, Vla. I did get drunk, but I can still control myself. I've never done anything so disgusting and tried to cheat on you. Really … no never crossed my mind to hurt you in the slightest …." Kael resumed his speech and tried to explain this matter to Vla.
