"Watching me?" he repeated, laughing softly. Gosh… I'll bet, he's the only man that caught my heart all this time after the incident, errr… forget it. "That's a beautiful compliment in my opinion."

    I lowered my head for a moment, trying to avert eye contact and stay focused. Crazy, it turns out that Jeff is more charismatic than his cousin, the Incubus. Besides, if I had high hopes for Jeff, there would be no place for me in his heart. He's not the kind of guy who decides when it's time for a serious relationship. All he had in his head was pleasure, freedom, not bound by anything.

    Worse yet, why does this cafe have to play Ariana Grande's Daydreaming song. I'm out of my mind. I started playing with heart because of Jeff's charm. His aura so captivated me. Unlucky.

    "Strange," he said suddenly. "I've never felt this close to my girlfriend."

    I lifted my head and met his gaze. "Time?"
