Bab 7: Chapter 7: First Date

Stephen questioned what he'd been told. Thoughts came to his mind. “How much can I really trust this half-brother of mine? With being so focused on myself, I can't say that I've learned too much about him. I've got Charlotte trying to get me to not worry too much. But how long was she even dating Travis?”

It was late at night. Stephen went out to attend backstage training again. He made sure to arrive at the theater early. However, due to the performances, he had to wait off to the side for a little bit. The show ended and he was taken backstage. Frances stood by to welcome everyone returning, and was shocked to see him.

"Oh, you decided to return?" asked Frances.

"Yes, sorry. Just been going through a lot lately and needed some time to still process things," said Stephen. "Might still not be ready just yet, but I'll show you the true persona that I'm able to portray."

Frances smiled. "Hey, I like the sound of that determination."
