Elliana trembled in her place, and the spoon fell from her hands as she looked towards the large doors of the dining room with a scared look on her face.

Why was Mr. Marino shouting her name?

She was about to stand from her place when she felt a swoosh of wind, and before she could react to anything, she was swooped into his arms as he sat there with his face buried in her neck.

Elliana froze in her place, her mind going to her dream where she was attacked by all the princes and they plunged their fangs into her body.

Would he really do that when he hears she is a dark witch too? Elliana wondered, her hands clenching around Sebastian's shirt while she made sure her mind barrier was up and he wouldn't be able to read her mind.

"Mr. Marino -" She started, wanting to ask what happened, but Sebastian shushed her gently, snuggling his face further into her hair.
