The shock was more specifically directed at me…why? I don't understand this, this Elder now, and Chu Yao before, they all looked at me the same way.

We nodded and followed him into a specific chamber with 12 people over there, the 12 'Peak Elders of the Sect.'

All the elders were fighting over Jiang Chen, like I was the second option.
What the fuck was going on here? Why was everyone from this sect looking down on me?
"Respected Elders, may I know why none of you want me to join your peaks?" I asked politely.
"You think we don't know how you have cultivated this far?" One elder asked me.
"We can tell with one look boy, maybe people with cultivation bases lower than the Nascent Soul realm cannot tell, but we can easily."
"I am sorry elders, I do not know what you are talking about." I blatantly said, even though I knew what they meant.
My cultivation base increased drastically really quickly, I can't control it at all, maybe that's why all the stronger people have been looking at me like that.
"You reek." An elder said, as he calmly stood up and walked towards me.
After standing right infront of me, she said," You reek of medicinal pills and Qi that is not yours. You seemed to have rushed your cultivation till here. You might be treated as a genius in any other sect you go, heck, 1st rate sects would want to recruit you as their core disciples, that's how rare a level 5 talent is, but we are not that greedy. Everyone of us 12 elders have lived hundreds of years, and if there is 1 thing we know, it is that a cultivator has to be patient while cultivating, you do not have that patience."
After saying her piece, she walked towards Jiang Chen and said," While you reek of medicinal pills, he reeks of blood. His soul itself yearns for battle, and it is clear to everyone of us here, that he will go further than you in the path of cultivation."
…That was it? His soul? That's their bullshit reason? Go fuck yourself!

"Elder, don't insult my brother Feng. You might not know this, but he only recently started cultivating a few weeks ago. If you give him a chance, I am sure he can do even better than me." Jiang Chen vouched for me, while I just stood still.
"Alright Jiang Chen, since you want your Brother to follow you so much, how about both of you come to the Sword-Mountain with me? We might not be the best, but we will treat you well." The elder infront of Jiang Chen said.
"You old hag! That brat Zhou Feng might be bad, but you can't just take 2 level 5 seedlings with you!" Shouted an elder.
I then decided to use my manipulation skill and say something through Jiang Chen.
"Elders, I want to go to the Alchemic Hall. You see, I am actually really interested in alchemy."
"Hmm? You want to come to my Hall, kid?"
"Hah, Elder Sun, you seem to have lucked out this time," said the 'Old Hag.'
"Yes Elder, but I will only join if you allow Brother Feng to follow me."
"That is fine, but are you sure? This isn't some normal job, it will be long hours, I need a grown godam man."
"Elder you give me this chance, I will prove to you that I can be the best Alchemist in the entire world."
"Fine, then before you change your mind and these old fogies take you away, lets go." Elder Sun said as he waved his hand, Qi surrounded Jiang Chen and I and we got moved to the Alchemy Peak at extreme speeds.
"See you later oldies, HAHAHA," Elder Sun's laughter could be heard as he rushed Jiang Chen and me away.
"COME BACK, MY LEVEL 5 TALENT, NOOOO!" Shouted 1 of the Elder.
Soon we landed at a courtyard at a mountain nearby.
"Jiang Chen, why don't you look around, I will take your brother Feng somewhere and don't worry, I won't hurt him." Elder Sun said as he brought me to another courtyard.
I looked at him, with absolutely no emotion visible on my face.
I did not want to show any signs of weakness, but my thoughts were something along the lines of,' wait till I reach the peak of the Qi-Mansion realm, I am going to make all 12 of you my bitches.'
"Anger, good, we can use that." He said.
Shit, I should have known, they can probably generally sense the emotions of a cultivator of a realm way lower than theirs.
"Now…how should I let you prove yourself?" He said with a gentle smile on his face.
