Bab 107: Looting under Envious Eyes

The Executives like R3s and R4s enjoyed the best share from the bosses; even those killed by R1s and R2s; even if they were not part of the raid!

So how could they sit still when Samar and his team was about to succeed and claim the loot from the Sun Blight Spider Arachnos for their own? 

If they let him succeed, it would set a dangerous precedent in the Guild. More R1s and R2s would demand the same rights, opening a floodgate that could not be closed. 

The only way they could prevent this from happening was dealing some damage to the boss and nullifying the bet on technicality!

Samar saw them charging over and realized their intentions. He had already taken their interference into account, and smiled. 

He activated the Windstrider effect of his Set and notched a Wind Rune Arrow on his bow string. Activating the Homing Power Shot, the archer locked in on Arachnos' forehead.
