Bab 92: Thousand-island Lake

After Lu Li was born, his father went missing. Since he was a kid, he had been together with Lu Ling and helping each other in difficulties. Lu Ling was his sister, and on some level, his mother. His feeling towards Lu Ling was stronger than anyone else. Lu Ling meant the world to him.

Lu Ling lost her parents when she was four. Nevertheless, she had to endure all kinds of hardships to raise Lu Li, protecting him from both open and covert attacks in the tribe, and bear the insults from the people in the tribe.

In those years, Lu Ling had suffered a lot and had done so many things for Lu Li that he couldn’t repay her for the rest of his life.

Apart from the few days Lu Ling went missing when he was ten, Lu Li never was separated from her for a long time. On the thought that nobody could know how long they were going to be away from each other this, or even for the rest of their lives, Lu Li could feel his heart being torn apart and twisted with a knife in it.
