Bab 53: Media Gossip

Su Xun was dumbfounded. He found it more and more difficult to see through Xi Wan now.

"It's getting late, it's time to eat." Xi Wan rubbed her stomach and walked into the kitchen. She suddenly saw an unfamiliar person who was wearing a chef's uniform.

"Are you the new chef?" Xi Wan asked casually.

"Yes, Madam." The chef's name was Chen Tong and Su Xiu hired her at a high price.

She had once won the championship in an international chef's competition and she also majored in nutrition in university. Su Xiu took a fancy to this and that was why she had asked Chen Tong to come over to take care of Xi Wan and Su Xun.

"I'll have a serving of braised pork then," Xi Wan randomly ordered a dish. "I'll go back and lie down for a while. You can just call me when you're done."

As she spoke, she turned to leave but Chen Tong stopped her and asked, "Madam! What about Mr. Su's dinner? What kind of dish should I prepare for him?"
