However, Wu Xuan did not know how to cut vegetables at all. She only said that she wanted to help Jiang Ran purely to leave a good impression in the eyes of the public. Even if the vegetables she cut were messy, she could find an excuse to get pass it.

So, she picked up the kitchen knife and was about to cut the vegetables. However, she cut her own finger as soon as she started cutting.

The wound was very small. A band-aid would be sufficient after cleaning the wound with alcohol but Wu Xuan clutched her hand in pain as if she had suffered a serious injury.

Her manager ran over immediately and said to the director, "Wu Xuan is injured. I have to take her to the hospital."

Wu Xuan's manager also looked very anxious as well. It was as if Wu Xuan would die if she was not sent to the hospital for medical treatment.
