Arrows rained from the sky while blood fell to no end. It tainted the ground red… and amidst the dusty surroundings, they shimmered a beautiful yet dreadful light!

The battle continues raging on. Casualties on both sides keep on increasing. The exiled lost at least one soldier every second. While the ink army continuously devoured ink drops to heal themselves.

Although none of the ink soldiers died, the expenditure of ink drops could be considered as part of the casualties. After all, as summoned creatures, the ink soldiers came from ink, and spending ink to heal them was equivalent to having some of them die.
