Bab 3: redeeming myself
All that week I searched for data on missing kids everywhere from auctions to human trafficking I searched everywhere and found a big one that would affect many villains.
I had created many accounts from different vpns with different security methods and in different places either a cafe a park all to not leave many traces.
I had found it apparently today opened a large amount of *sends* to many places I did not know their final destination of some but enough so I did something a little crazy
I was in a park I was disguised as usual although I had a net in my hair so that nothing would fall out I could tell I was there with my laptop for subway use I had a message open that I would send to various heroes

That message was sent to three places some hero agencies , the AU and the police more specifically the department of missing persons and human trafficking.
In total all the agencies from number 2 to number 15 it got to them it was a little tricky to get their direct numbers to the agency but you just need to look in the right place
The UA was another matter I sent them to the parent consultation system I have no idea if it would work but I did what I could.
But I had found something there was talk that the yakusa was starting to move apparently they had their hopes pinned on a girl they got nothing was known about her plus she existed thanks to a blurry photo which wasn't strange they usually hid the next generation who would have the position of someone important so they wouldn't kill her or steal her position.
But the yakusa was expanding a little faster than it should have since if they started hearing about a possible successor it was a bad omen for them and a good omen for those they wanted who had hatred towards them and their next generation in charge.
After sending them off I erased any traces of them and wiped the hard drive with a powerful magnet that would leave no trace.
I left the place I was far from home but it was necessary.
I was lost in thought until something bumped into my foot it was a little girl with bandages on her body.
When I saw her an image appeared a blurred picture of a yakusa with a bird mask with a little girl in her hand
And another thought passed experimentation of gifts
It was a term used in the subway by which some people referred to using experimental drugs on the children they bought to enhance their gifts was something that was minimally likely to work but when it did it was disastrous.
I didn't think it was what I was doing but I ran as I picked her up.
I ran and ran through alleyways and never stopped until I got to my house the girl was shocked by everything that was going on.
"I'm sorry I thought you were in danger and I acted without thinking."
"Thank you" was a little whisper the little girl let out as she started to cry I tried to calm her down but I couldn't even standing outside my house I didn't know what to do take her to the police? I didn't know that they already had some influence and I couldn't explain how I knew that she was kidnapped by the yakusa.
So I just spent my mother went shopping even when I told her not to make an effort she still did it even though she never asked me where I got the money I used to pay for the necessities during these weeks I knew she cared about me.
The little girl fell asleep from crying so much and I didn't know what to do I didn't even know her name.
I thought and thought but nothing came I just laid her down on my bed and thought about what I would do
I stared at my computer until giran's name came up maybe I could create a fake identity for her.
I thought about it but the girl woke up apparently it was just a short break
She looked confused until she saw me
"This one what's your name little girl" I said as I tried to think.
"E-eri" she said as she stood against the wall.
"That's a nice name eri , could you tell me why you have those bandages" I said trying to sound as reassuring and calm as possible.
She kept quiet
"You don't have to worry he won't be able to hurt you again I promise."
She looked hesitant
"Believe me eri before he could try to look for you again I would stop him"
She a little hesitant spoke
"The bad mister was taking my blood it hurt, it hurt so bad when he did it I couldn't say anything or he would get mad it's scary angry it's bad very bad it's scary he said he would kill anyone who tried to save me" she said starting to get scared
"O Eri you don't have to worry I'll take care of it he can't hurt you no more" I said as my gears started to turn
I hugged her to which she looked scared I found it sad to see a little girl who suffered so much and so young making me decide since he had hurt someone so helpless I would make him feel the same.
She accepted my embrace and I began to speak.
"Tell me Eri do you know what adopting is "
"No" he said confused adopting was a word I had never heard of from the white savannah guys.
"It's when someone who can't have children or doesn't want to go to a place where they can choose one to even without being of their blood love them as if they were "
"Oh" was all he said
"Tell me Eri would you like to stay with me, I promise I won't be like the bad man."
"I do please " it seemed like a plea more than an acceptance she wanted to feel longer the warm feeling she had in her stomach was comfortable.
She fell asleep in my arms but I couldn't waste time.
I tucked her in and called giran again with the disposable phone.
"Say what you're looking for and I'll give you the price " she said casually
"A fake identity and an adoption certificate for a 5 year old girl if you can do it in an hour I'll pay more "
"Um well give me the information of who you want to put who adopted her and the name of the girl, it will be 10000 yen but it will be in an hour go to cafe x "
"Good" even though it hurt a little I still had money from the villain's payment and from my collection it wouldn't affect too much.
I got changed I knew it would take about two hours for my mom to arrive the note said I would spend some time with Mitsuki to reminisce about old times.
I tucked Eri in and went to the place when he arrived he had some envelopes in his hands.
"Well you're lucky I was in the mood."
"I get it here's a little gift as an apology" I said handing him a birthday box again.
He just picked it up and left leaving me the papers where it said that I had adopted a girl named Eri, an orphan from a remote orphanage with no pictures on the papers.
Everything was in order now legally she was Eri midoriya.
It would be hard to explain to my mother that I adopted a girl because I didn't understand what I was doing either everything happened so fast today.
