Bab 138: A different rebirth

Liam took a deep breath and looked at all the gods who were watching him with quiet curiosity as he sat quietly waiting for the ritual they were doing with him to end.

Aphrodite who was doing everything necessary to be able to link Liam's body with herself paid no attention to the look of the young mortal.

So she continued performing the ritual calmly and taking as much time as possible to avoid any failure.

This because it could be quite deadly for both her and Liam, for none of the gods it was easy to turn even mortal into a demigod.
