STAN, HER FATHER GETS UP ON HIS FEET AND PATS BRADY ON THE BACK.
"Let's go get your sister's cake." Her dad says, wrapping his arms around his son.
Aubrey can clearly see the brilliant smile form on her brother's face when their father holds him. Since they were both kids, Aubrey had always known how much Brady loves his father, now she is beginning to feel guilty for wanting to send them off immediately they arrived— it must have been selfish of her.
When Aubrey entered into her second year in the university, her parents brought Brady in to live with her in order for him to get a football scholarship in the new school he got enrolled in. Out of all the people Brady grew up with, Aubrey is the only one who has seen and watched how much he struggled the first few months he joined the football team. Late at nights, she would catch him crying in the bathroom, saying he missed mum and dad but he couldn't see them because he had to work hard for the scholarship.
