Bab 672: Last Moves.

The fight between Dragov and Vincent might have appeared evenly matched, but those who could truly decipher the speed at which both mages were exhibiting were able to see every minute detail of the battle.

After a few rounds of rapid exchanges without gaining the upper hand, Dragov grew weary of entangling with Vincent, who clearly seemed to excel in hand-to-hand combat.

Although Dragov knew that hand-to-hand combat wasn’t his true specialty, but he realized Vincent was superior to him in making split-second decisions when it came to throwing punches at such fast intensity.

Seizing the opportunity, Dragov dashed backward, breaking the cycle of high-speed combat they had been locked in.

While Dragov worried about taking hits from Vincent, Vincent faced his own challenges, he had managed to land a couple of hits on Dragov during their exchanges in the arena, but none had resulted in critical injuries.
