As throughout their battle, Alec showed no signs of fatigue, almost as if he possessed an endless reserve of stamina, adding to the leader’s astonishment, Alec’s skin proved impervious to a Tier 5 attack even as a Tier 4 Mage, an extraordinary feat for a human as no Tier 5 human would try taking hiss attacks head on without no armour on.

Secretly, the leader hoped that this might all be a hallucination, but the sight of Alec’s determined and intense gaze, despite the numerous cuts and flowing blood o his skin, dispelled any doubt, and he realised this was undeniably real.
