Bab 138: New Plan

The Bai family of Yilin town retained its second class status out of convenience for the town. It was the only second class family based in Yilin. Bai Mo the only remaining member of the family, was considered a harbinger of death and a source of bad luck who killed his parents. His wealth and family lineage were still intact, but he lacked a firm support system in Yilin.

The only classmate who would occasionally talk to him in the last three years was Sun Ming, but it had always been apparent that his brother, Sun Ming Hua, didn't like the older ger, and viewed Bai Mo as a rival rather than a friend of his older brother.

Under normal circumstances, the Sun family, a third rate family, should want to curry favor with Bai Mo, but things had changed dramatically in the last three years.
