Ji Village is not only a small village within the immortal land but is also a large corporation-like business entity that has already spread its influence in the human race. As of this moment, there are 6 saint rulers that have entered the village and one representative from the peasant clan, according to Ji Ha-jun and Luna Halil, they have permitted such a thing because of a possible threat from any clans.

They would not be able to operate outside of the village with freedom if they did not do so.

And since then the growth of the village became prominent and really fast. Each human clan has gained an advantage because of this and the growth of the clans became really an advantage to every single one of them.
