Bab 69: SO CARELESS
Nahor wondered why the belt wouldn't just pull out.
He had no choice but to get a knife and cut the part of her dress that was connected the belt.
Nahor pulled Neya away from the couch.
Nahor then called the servants to bring water to extinguish the fire.
Neya looked as the servants poured water all over the couch.She looked as the fire slowly ceased.
Then the servants pulled the couch out of the room.
She was still trying to take in what had just happened when she heard his voice.
"Why do you have to be so careless Neya? Don't you realize that foolish act could have risked you your life!"Nahor angrily shouted.
Neya could nothing but listen to his scold. She had been so careless indeed.
If she hadn't done so then all that wouldn't have happened. She completely felt guilty of herself.
