Bab 65: Who Exactly Are You?

"What are your thoughts about supernatural beings?" I questioned him. "Like angels and demons?" 

I turned my face around to see how my words were affecting him. I was trying my best to keep them simple as I didn't want him running for the hills the moment I am done saying my part. 

To my surprise, there wasn't much of a shock on his face when he heard my words. Worry was beginning to crawl over my senses, making me regret the decision of going easy with him. I should have gone for the hard way because I didn't see things going in my favor. I could have talked it out with Aden later, apologized to him for being rude to his best friend, and things would have returned back to normal.

"You mean things like angels, demons, vampires and witches?" He was staring at me with a relaxed expression as it was the most uninteresting thing that we were talking about.
