Bab 111: Not Tempting Enough

"Where were you?" I spoke up as soon as the door of my room screeched open. I had my eyes glued to it since the last half hour, waiting for her to come. 

What else was I supposed to do when she just ran out of the room after changing into another fresh pair, giving me the excuse of a meeting. I could have followed her out to check on her, but that would have been more than inappropriate on my part.

Based on how much I knew her, she would have just hated me until the end of time itself if I was to be caught by her. And I was not willing to take the risk of being in her bad book for the rest of my life when I had just made it into the good one. 

'You sure are helpless when it comes to her.' I heard a mocking remark, echoing in my mind which was more likely from my own subconscious. For once in my life, I agreed with it. I was utterly helpless when it came to things which involved her.
