Bab 198: His Beloved God-daughter

"What is it?" A soft mellow voice came from the other end of the room where a lady sat with her chin raised up, a cocky smile hugging the curve of her lips. She was hoping to get something good extracted out of the man's mouth, but to her dismay she only received a grumpy response.

"Nothing." Diabolos shook his head before throwing his phone on the bed. The small action alone showed his displeasure with the technology. But he knew better than to not keep one on himself. It wasn't always that he had the privacy, or the means, to send his god-daughter one of his magical notes. 

"It clearly doesn't look like nothing." Ariel, Hera's mother, couldn't help but point it out loud to him. She didn't want to seem like someone who was poking her nose into his business, but if it was anything that concerned Amara, she had the right to know.

Why else was she there to keep an eye on the duo if she didn't know what exactly was going around?
