He only responds to Rosella, and he was the first one to make the Sacred Vow to her. 

So, everyone who could see his ability and saw him repressed by Rosella would not find it rare, but only a common sight. 

"… Is… the Second Princess Susanna…" the butler Logan did not dare to look at his Princess' face and folded his hands in front of him, looking at the ground.
