Bab 164: The Misunderstanding

"Wait!" shouted someone from the podium. Everyone looked up and saw Suri who came out panting.

Suri stared at the red-haired man. Those golden irises… seemed to hypnotize her to keep staring at him. At that moment, they stared at each other for quite a long time as though there were only the two of them in that place.

"Is that your true appearance?" Maxieno asked subconsciously.

"Wait a minute! I… I can clear up this misunderstanding!"

Suri turned away from the podium and then ran down the stairs.

Maxieno stood in his place silently. His lips parted slightly when he saw Suri's real appearance. He didn't expect the girl to look like…. a goddess? Fairy? Angel? Maxieno couldn't find the right words to describe her.

All this time, Maxieno had never seen the real Suri. Even when he was manipulating the girl's dreams… he could only see the blurry face of Edna
