The umpire began the game, and they threw the first pitch. There was excitement throughout the stadium. People were cheering on to their favorite teams, but as the game began, everyone was silent and concentrated on the game before them. The batter was rather hasty and swung his bat.
Luckily the bat could connect, and the ball found a small gap between the shortstop and 3rd baseman. He ran towards the first base, Rei was amazed at the speed he ran. He knew the first batter was always the fastest in the team for various reasons. By the time the right fielder could throw the ball, the batter was already safely at first base.
The pitcher received the ball from him and the runner slowly took a lead, trying to gain attention. The pitcher ignored him and pitched for the next batter. The runner took this chance and ran for the first base, stealing it in process. The batter did not even touch the ball and only let it pass by.
Please check out my other book called 'THE END OF LIFE' support for it would be appreciated very much.
