Bab 52: Sex burn up calories

"What?" Luca lifted her eyes at Adam, who was sitting across from her. He just had this noticeable delighted glowing in his eyes while cupping his face, watching her gobble up their midnight snack. 

"Nothing, babe."

"That smirk tells me it was definitely not 'nothing.'" She narrowed her eyes, chewing the little food in her mouth slowly. "They say the key to a healthy relationship is communication. Let's communicate, mister."

Adam let out a chuckle, moving his upper forward. "I am just amused how you can eat so well."

"Ohh…" Luca glanced at the food prepared on the table. She had eaten half of it while he didn't even have a bite. 

"Well…" She blinked, lifting his gaze back to him. "I am more amused."

"You are?" he tilted his head to the side. "About?"

"For making me forget about my diet." 

Adam bit his bottom lip to muffle his laughter. "Don't tease me, Missus Crowell." He leaned back, wiggling his brows playfully.
