If Fil didn't know there was this strange tension between her and Elise, she would've joked about Elise turning into a new leaf. This was the third time Elise arrived before her. But alas, Fil just greeted Elise, good morning and the latter respectively replied with a short greeting. 

'I'm starting to dislike this setup,' thought Fil, busying herself with some of the files she had to review before they left for the site. 

Checking the time, Fil was a little surprised that it was already ten in the morning. She glanced at Kenzo's desk, frowning upon seeing he wasn't there. 

'We're leaving in one hour, but he still hasn't arrived.' Fil intuitively grabbed her phone to call Kenzo. 'Is he okay?'
